Inboxwave Email Marketing Co. is the data controller for the personal data submitted through this site. You can reach us at sales@inboxwave.agency or on WhatsApp at +359 87 945 4890.

Only what you type into the contact form: name, company, position, email address, phone number, website, industry, number of email subscribers, the plan you are interested in, and the fact, time and wording of your consent.

We use your details to send the email examples relevant to your industry and to follow up about our services. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the checkbox on the form. Ticking it is required because we cannot send you the examples without it.

Up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. After that it is removed from our systems.

Submissions are stored in an access-controlled database and are visible only to authorised Inboxwave staff. We do not sell or rent your data. We use processors for hosting, database and email delivery, who act only on our instructions.

You can withdraw consent at any time, and you can ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a portable copy of your data, or object to its use. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place. Email sales@inboxwave.agency and we will action it. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
